  1. Cozy Sundays + my weekly vlog: How I’m regulating my nervous system this week, things that feel nourishing to me, products that make a difference in my life.

  2. Two-minute Tuesdays for paid subscribers: practices that are 2-10 minutes long that support nervous system health in safe, titrated ways. Free subscribers receive one practice per month. 

  3. Wednesdays: Video + article on the psychology of how to heal from trauma, release stuck stress from your body, understand the impact of childhood trauma on your adult life and what to do about it so it doesn’t just waste a ton of time + money on treatments that DON'T work!

  4. Thursdays: Videos +article on the neuroscience of complex trauma, how early development shapes our physical and mental health and what to do about it so you don’t just feel like a victim. There are videos in two parts: the intro (about 20 min) available to all subscribers and a science deep-dive (another 20+ minutes) for paid subscribers.

  5. Fridays: What I ate this week for brain health with photos.
