Somatic Embodiment Groups online: I lead two somatic skill building psychotherapy groups online, year round. The group helps clients learn how to regulate their nervous systems, build interoceptive capacity to be able to effectively process trauma and reduce or eliminate trauma symptoms all together. My clinical effectiveness is high, with about 90% of participants feeling significant improvement in their trauma symptoms by month three of the six month program.
