Yes. The 1:1 slots I have open currently are for people who want to take a deep dive into their healing with me. In this safely held container, I offer 2-4 sessions per month, voxer support M-F and a spot in my Somatic Embodiment Skill Building Group to guide you toward your deepest transformation yet. I require a six month commitment for this level of work and we can have a session or two beforehand to see if it's a good fit. 

As of 2023, I will be seeing clients over telehealth.

As an out-of-network provider I do not bill your insurance directly. All of my clients in California and Oregon are encouraged to speak with their insurance company about reimbursement for some portion of therapy. In some cases, their benefits may reimburse anywhere from 40%-90% of each session.

Yes. I offer HIPAA-compliant video for all psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution and post-wilderness parent coaching. Some coaching is done over the phone.

I do not offer work that is less frequent than two 1:1 sessions per month. 

This depends on many factors, your commitment to the work in and out of session, and the problems you are working on. While you can end therapy at any time, I ask that you start with weekly sessions for six months, so we can establish a strong therapeutic relationship. Research has shown that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the best predictors of success in therapy. This also gives us time to deeply explore what needs to be worked through, teach you basic regulation skills and for you to see results.

I ask that you give me notice 48 hours in advance. If the rescheduling or cancellation notice is less than that, you will be responsible for the full fee. 

Depth psychology is a way of being and a way of seeing as a therapist or healer. It is the process of exploring that which lives below the surface of things, the subconscious, the depth of our experience. We use somatic experiences to explore the deeper parts of you that are unconsciously driving your life. 

Depth psychology draws upon spirituality, mythology, great works and literature, culture, the exploration and encouragement of the imagination. We're all being asked to see the social, political and economic issues that face us today and we can do that by exploring that which lives underneath the institutions, conditioning and behaviors that we are unconsciously driven by.
