I have a very small number of 1:1 slots open currently. These slots are for people who want to be immersed in this work and heal their life, for good. In this safely held container, I offer 2-4 sessions per month, Voxer (voice messaging app) support M-F and a spot in my Somatic Embodiment Skill Building Group to guide you toward your deepest transformation yet. I require a six month commitment for this level of work and we can have a session or two beforehand to see if it's a good fit.
As a Master-level NARM therapist for complex PTSD and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and assistant, I can help you heal from both developmental and shock/adult-onset trauma.
Canine-Assisted Psychotherapy & Ecotherapy
Lennon my Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd is one of the best therapists I know. He will help you regulate your nervous system just as much as I will. Note - he sheds a lot so if you're allergic to dogs, I suggest working via Telehealth.
We can take sessions outside as appropriate and weather permitting. Nature has a profound impact on our nervous system and stress levels. As a prior wilderness therapist, I know how to incorporate nature for your benefit.
Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution Touch Work
I am a specialist in complex PTSD and developmental trauma. I have advanced training in touch skills for trauma therapists from Dr. Kathy Kain. This kind of touch work is focused on supporting physiological regulation of the nervous system. I have also studied touch work directly with Dr. Peter Levine, the founder of Somatic Experiencing.
This touch work focuses on healing our earliest developmental trauma, even those for which we have no words nor explicit memories of, that the conscious mind cannot access. Somatic touch work is available to clients working with me in a 1:1 intensive capacity.
I offer both Telehealth and in-person sessions in my office in Bend, Oregon. I use a HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform. I see clients from all over the world for Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution and clients who reside in California and Oregon for psychotherapy.
Telehealth also allows me to assist Somatic Experiencing trainings around the country, teaching other clinicians how to become effective trauma treatment providers.
