  • Heal from the effects of having an emotionally immature or narcissistic parent.
  • Sessions combine somatic, neurobiological, and somatic parts work approaches, always adapted to your pace and capacity.Ā 
  • Everything is anchored in your real, lived experience no fluff, no cookie-cutter healing plans.Ā 

Please note that when you sign up, you agree to the followingĀ terms and conditions:

  • I understand and agree to all of the following:

    • Non-refundable commitment:Ā This is a non-refundableĀ session package and all sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase.Ā Please take the time to ensure this commitment feels aligned before enrolling.
    • Failed payments:Ā If a payment fails, the system will automatically continue attempting to process the card until payment is completed. If payment remains outstanding, I reserve the right to send the unpaid balance to collections.
    • Session use:Ā Two sessions must be used each month and expire at the end of that calendar month. Sessions will only be credited to the following month if I am unavailable to provide them.
    • Availability:Ā Sessions are generally available between 7:00 a.m.ā€“1:00 p.m. ET / 12:00ā€“6:00 p.m. UK time. Please consider your time zone and availability before enrolling.
    • Payment date:Ā Monthly payments are processed on theĀ same calendar date on which you enroll. Please ensure this payment date works for you, as payment dates cannot be changed once the plan is active.
    • Nature of services:Ā This is somatic coaching and does not constitute mental health or medical treatment. Superbills and insurance billing are therefore unavailable.

The work iā€™m doing with you I trust completely. I am able to show up with my full humanity. Itā€™s unlike anything iā€™ve ever done in my life. Iā€™m learning how to trust myself more, heal from addiction, soften perfectionism and be fully present in my life. Iā€™ve been able to slow down enough to break through really stuck, old patterns which I've never been able to do before.
