Non-refundable commitment: This is a non-refundable six-month commitment. You are required to complete all six months of payments regardless of the number of sessions used. Please take the time to ensure this commitment feels aligned before enrolling.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, the system will automatically continue attempting to process the card until payment is completed. If payment remains outstanding, I reserve the right to send the unpaid balance to collections.
Session use: Four sessions must be used each month and expire at the end of that calendar month. Sessions will only be credited to the following month if I am unavailable to provide them.
Availability: Sessions are generally available between 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET / 12:00–6:00 p.m. UK time. Please consider your time zone and availability before enrolling.
Payment date: Monthly payments are processed on the same calendar date on which you enroll. Please ensure this payment date works for you, as payment dates cannot be changed once the plan is active.
Nature of services: This is somatic coaching and does not constitute mental health or medical treatment. Superbills, diagnostic codes and insurance billing are therefore unavailable.
