Private yoga study is geared toward your individual needs and goals, keeping in mind the original purpose of yoga- purification of the body and mind to lead the practitioner toward Self Realization.

Our sessions are the space you need to relax in your busy life. 

  • Through regular, consistent study with me, you will feel more at home in your body, relaxed in your mind and gain a deeper connection with your intuition. You will leave every session feeling centered, energized and rejuvenated. 
  • Learning in the safety of a private session allows beginners to have all your questions answered and all your needs met without the intimidation or overwhelm of a public class.
  • Perfect for intermediate and advanced students wishing to take their practice to the next level. You will progress faster than you would in a larger group class.
  • Great accompaniment to Resilience and Wellness Coaching with me or any healing modality. 

60 and 90 minutes 1:1 and small group sessions available.
