Deepening Your Practice: Maha Sadhana, Great Salt Lake Yoga Festival
Jenna Pacelli brings the Great Divine Whole and Complete Eternal practices of Yoga to Salt Lake City in this special class. The class will begin with spiritual purification discourse applying the ancient teachings to our modern lives. She will guide you to one-pointedness of mind and steady determination that will have you doing poses you never thought you could. Each pose brings the practitioner into a specific state of consciousness and you will learn the proper alignment and spiritual intention of each. The practice concludes with deep healing relaxation and a reflective meditation practice. This is a one of a kind class that will leave you feeling calm, uplifted and joyful, understanding the true goal of Yoga.

Self-Realization through Compassionate Food, Sacred Movement, and Ancient Scripture - with Jenna Pacelli
Yoga is the art and science of self-development and Self Realization, distinguishing the real from the unreal. It allows the dedicated practitioner to achieve radiant levels of health, mental clarity and spiritual evolution. Mastery of the essential elements of yoga, the eight limbs, is the path to liberation. Through the yamas and niyamas, the ethical precepts of yoga, a diet that promotes harmony in the body and mind, and the study of scripture, meditation becomes easier, more advanced postures become accessible, and we elevate our consciousness. This results in profound levels of peace, clarity, happiness and joy, regardless of external circumstances.
Divine Relaxation: A deep dive into yoga nidra, pranayama and meditation 1:30-3:30
Yoga nidra is an ancient and profound active meditation process also known as yogic sleep or psychic sleep that combines science and spirit. One hour of yoga nidra is the equivalent to three hours of deep sleep. Going into the state between sleeping and waking, it is a deeply healing and creative practice that allows the practitioner to experience deep relaxation while remaining awake and alert. We will practice yoga nidra with complimentary meditation and pranayama practices to soothe the mind and body.
