Being ourselves has its benefits- we feel more at peace, trust ourselves more, are able to listen to our intuition more deeply, and discover our innate confidence and wholeness. But if we're struggling to honor ourselves and stay relatively grounded and sure about ourselves as we go throughout our lives, we can find ourselves compromising our values and beliefs, not taking care of ourselves and losing touch with the joy and love that is our birthright.
